We offer a personalized training plan, and on-demand certifications to ensure the advancement of Soft Skills, Hard Skills, and methodologies.

This skill enhancement creates career growth opportunities, such as becoming a team manager or technical architect and diversifying expertise. It also provides opportunities to shine within the Salesforce community through programs like MVP and Marketing Champion.

Training Opportunities

At Texeï, we firmly believe that training is crucial for loyalty and skill development. We offer various avenues for enhancing expertise:

Training sessions in Agile methodology are conducted every 2-3 months for groups of 6-8 people.
SFDX training: We’ve published our first white paper (available for free download here).
Salesforce certifications with 0.5 days of destaffing provided for certification exams. Currently, we hold 260 certifications, averaging 3.5 certifications per employee.
TexDay: A monthly event dedicated to knowledge sharing, workshops, and experiences (REX).
TexAcademy: A project under finalization that will allow us to tailor training requests according to each consultant’s career perspective.

Remote work at Texeï

The remote work policy implemented at Texeï allows for up to two days of remote work per week.

Texeï provides all its employees (consultants and support staff) with everything they need for optimal remote work conditions.

Remote work package :

Valued at 500€, it allows the purchase of furniture (desk, chair, etc.) to set up a home workspace.

Remote work bundle:

Texeï covers a monthly bundle that includes Internet and telephony expenses for its employees.

Our workplace and office environment

Texeï is located in the 8th arrondissement between Place de l’Étoile and Gare Saint-Lazare.

Renovated in 2020, our premises have been specially designed to accommodate support functions and consultants, located in the heart of Paris.

Fitted kitchens, meeting rooms, soundproof booths, and studios: our premises have been designed to meet the needs of all our employees.
