Ensuring the quality of project deliverables.
Ensuring adherence to project timelines and communicating any delays to relevant stakeholders.
Evaluate customer satisfaction
Communicate billing information to the Office Manager.

Excellent knowledge of Salesforce data architecture!

Proficiency in agile methodologies.
Understanding of project management procedures.
Risk management and development of an action plan (budget, timeline, contracts...).
Proficiency in project management software (Jira...) and product design tools (Miro, Draft...).
