The Proxy Product Owner, reporting to the Studio Leader, serves as the functional contact on the project, from pre-sales to delivery.

The main missions of a Proxy Product Owner?

What is its role? Managing software implementation projects for clients.

  • Assisting in gathering functional requirements and creating the specification document during the scoping phase.
  • Analyzing and adapting existing processes.
  • Writing user stories.
  • Facilitating agile meeting in accordance with the Texei framework.
  • Writing meeting reports and notifying the manager of any concerns.
  • Providing training to end users on the solution.
  • Managing the development of implemented modules at client sites.
  • Performing Salesforce tool administration.

What professional skills are required?

Excellent understanding of the client’s business domain!

  • Understanding of the market, partners, and competitors.
  • Analyzing client requests: identifying project risks and opportunities.
  • Proficiency in agile project management methods.
  • Develop and monitor an action plan.
  • Training tool animation techniques.
