What’s new?
Great news! You can personalize account teams according to your desires: find Account Team Member on the Object Manager and add custom fields, buttons or links to Account Team Member layout and Add Account Team Members multiline editor. Apart from that, it’s also possible to add custom buttons on the Account Team related list.
Moreover, in Lightning Experience, Account Teams are now available for validations rules, Apex triggers, Process Builder and workflow rules!
Last but not least, you can now report on Account Teams.
We love Customize Account Teams!
Yeah of course we love it! It would be more flexible and easier to manage relationships in Salesforce.
You can add some fields like Start date and End Date or tag some members as VIP. In addition, you can automate the completion and report on those fields.
Don’t forgot the best part, it’s possible to configure process action to add team members to an account automatically… It would help you to keep data clean and minimize manual data entry.
