Ho-Ho-Ho ! Christmas is near and gifts are already here in advance in Salesforce’s Winter 20!
As a user, you now have the ability to easily perform mass actions on a subset of records, directly from a List View.
To do that, just enter your search terms if you have any, select the records you want to work on, the action you want to apply and… that’s it!
Mass actions on search results, we love it!
It gives the user a lot more autonomy. You don’t need to create a special one-off list or ask your admin to perform these actions for you anymore! And whether you are a user or an admin, it’s a nice gain in productivity.
