Winter20 brings its share of new innovations among which many are Platform based features. With the new Mobile App Salesforce has (re)built from the ground up a fresh new app that brings a wholly new way of work for the mobile workforce.
Salesforce Mobile App comes up with a brand new customizable UX that highlights useful shortcuts at the bottom of the screen and automatically move current navigation item to the right tab.
In addition, an app launcher is now available. This feature finally enables a truly mirrored desktop experience on mobile devices
You can now customize your mobile app entirely in Lightning app builder with responsive components. Mobile App building comes true with a set of mobile ready-made components and dedicated mobile record pages to assign configuration to mobile, desktop or both. User profile-based navigation is also available to unify user experience among the platform.
We love it !
Because it enables a truly tailored experience to users’ needs on mobile and give control to admin to reduce the time to propagate changes to mobile.
