CSR approach

Our commitment to the environment, social responsibility and solidarity

At Texeï, our commitment to CSR is more than just an initiative, it’s an integral part of our DNA. We believe in sustainable growth, based on transparency, ethics and respect for stakeholders. Our actions are built around three essential pillars: reducing our carbon footprint, creating an inclusive and caring working environment for our employees, and applying committed corporate governance.

Signatories of the Diversity Charter and UN Global Compact, whose actions and principles we share, as listed below:

A GLOBAL COMPACT

The United Nations Global Compact is an initiative launched in 2000 that encourages companies worldwide to adopt sustainable and socially responsible practices. Its main objective is to integrate ten universal principles, divided into four areas:

Human rights

Support and respect internationally proclaimed human rights, and make sure we are not complicit in violations of these rights.

Guarantee freedom of association, eliminate forced labor and child labor, and abolish all discrimination in the workplace.

Encourage initiatives to promote greater environmental responsibility and environmentally-friendly technologies.

Combat corruption in all its forms, including extortion and bribery.

By joining the Global Compact, Texeï is committed to respecting these principles in its operations, and to reporting annually on its progress. This promotes a more sustainable and inclusive economy, contributing to the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

DIVERSITY CHARTER

The Diversity Charter is a voluntary commitment by companies and organizations, launched in France in 2004. Its aim is to promote diversity in the workplace and combat discrimination based on origin, gender, age, disability, political opinion or sexual orientation. By signing the Diversity Charter, Texeï is committed to :

Raising awareness

Raising our employees’ awareness of the challenges of diversity and non-discrimination.

Promote equal opportunities in our recruitment, training and career management processes.

Implement concrete actions to promote inclusion and diversity within our organization.

Communicate the results of our diversity initiatives, both internally and externally.

Ultimately, the Diversity Charter aims to encourage an inclusive working environment, where every individual has the same opportunities, thus contributing to the organization’s social and economic performance.

ACTIONS FOR THE ENVIRONMENT

At Texeï, we have implemented a number of initiatives to meet current environmental challenges. In 2024 we were awarded the Ecovadis silver medal, and we’re continuing to work towards achieving gold. Here are our main areas of action:

Zero paper and waste reduction

Thanks to dematerialization with Docusign, and the eDocPerso electronic safe made available to our employees.

To encourage waste reduction, all our employees are offered a water bottle on arrival, we are equipped with reusable crockery, and have still and sparkling water fountains.

We worked with Factory, our interior design partner, to ensure that our new premises were laid out and equipped to take advantage of natural light. We use low-energy light bulbs, A-class electronics and energy-saving toilet flushes.

Sorting bins are available. We also work with a company that collects cardboard and glass to take to the sorting and recycling center.

And wherever possible, we prefer to purchase recycled furniture for our offices.

Our old computers are sent back to Apple for recycling.

Texians can take part in various eco-citizen events financed by Texeï,

In 2024 we participated in :

  • La marche de la Bièvre, for the preservation of natural areas in the Bièvre Valley
  • The challenge Treely every 15K not a tree is planted
  • 6K for water, to build water wells in Laos

Our employees benefit from this package, and our parking space has been converted into bicycle parking.

ACTIONS WITH ASSOCIATIONS AND OUR EMPLOYEES

At Texeï, we care about the well-being and fulfillment of our employees, partners and customers. This translates into a warm and caring work environment.

We attach great importance to the health and safety of our employees, and above all to their professional development, with a commitment to social responsibility on the part of our managers. Dialogue and listening to stakeholders is fundamental. Exchange, diversity and sharing are at the heart of our structure.

Participation in solidarity events

In line with our values, particularly that of sharing, we take part in solidarity events. This year, we signed up all our employees for the Odyssea walk/run, which took place during our seminar in October. And in April, a Texeï team took part in a tournament to raise funds for the association Une jonquille contre le cancer.

With a more central location, for easier access to employees. The new headquarters are more spacious and modern. Two lunch areas with kitchens, a large staff lounge, meeting rooms and phonebooths. Two showers for refreshing after sport.

With the advice of several employees, the premises were decorated and new furniture purchased to make them even more attractive. We also have a terrace.

We set up and perfect our HR actions with the continuous improvement of an integration path and a support path.

Furthermore, in 2024, we equipped the function with an HRIS, the aim of which is to facilitate exchanges with employees, who are often at our customers’ sites, and enable them to develop their skills on an ongoing basis, with internal and external training courses.

Texeï organizes regular muscle-building classes with a coach. A group of walkers was also formed in 2020 and takes part in occasional challenges and walks.

We also take part in the annual soccer tournament organized by our partner Salesforce, and in various sporting events which are often associated with fund-raising for non-profit organizations.

We have 3 Texans trained in the right gestures.
This training, provided exclusively by INRS France, enables you to acquire the skills needed to train first-aiders for the workplace (SST).
But not only that, these skills are also useful in everyday life.
The skills acquired are:
✔️ Identify hazardous situations within the company and know how and to whom to pass on this information;
✔️ Participate in the implementation of preventive and/or protective actions.
know who and how to alert according to the company’s emergency organization;
✔️ Learn first-aid techniques and procedures (bringing an accident victim to safety, reacting to bleeding or choking, using a defibrillator and performing cardiac massage, etc.);

MANAGEMENT ACTIONS

We take great care to align Texeï’s governance with our values and commitments. We have formalized these commitments in the attached documents:

This implies responsible, transparent and ethical practices on our part.

Transparency and business ethics

As part of our commitment to ethics and transparency, we have set clear guidelines on the acceptance and offer of gifts and invitations.

By adopting a responsible approach and reporting on these practices, we reinforce our commitment to ethical governance that reflects our values of integrity and transparency in all our business relationships.

At Texeï, we have chosen to give priority to working with suppliers with specific actions: we order most of our goodies and gifts for our employees from an ESAT: Les papillons de jour.

Les Joyeux Recycleurs is our selective sorting partner, Komkuat, our cleaning partner, uses eco-responsible products, Le Cercle supplies us with meal trays; and for the rest, we take care to choose ethical and responsible partners.

We have our recurring suppliers sign our Responsible Purchasing Charter.

At Texeï, we believe that diversity is an essential force for innovation, performance and team cohesion. We are committed to providing an inclusive and equitable environment, where every employee, whatever their origins, beliefs or background, finds their place and can express their full potential. By integrating talent from a wide range of backgrounds, we enrich our know-how and our ability to meet our customers’ complex challenges.

We have put in place responsible and inclusive recruitment practices, aimed at eliminating bias and valuing every skill, beyond stereotypes. This commitment enables us to build a team rich in diverse perspectives and experience, reflecting the reality of our company and enriching our Salesforce integration expertise.

Beyond recruitment, we also strive to create a working environment where everyone feels respected and supported in their personal and professional development. This commitment to diversity and inclusion is a fundamental pillar of our CSR vision, and helps reinforce an open, respectful and forward-looking corporate culture.
